Teaser Tuesday & Top Ten Tuesday
Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)

My fingers tremble, and for a moment I fear I will drop the coins and pendant before they land with a soft clink in the palm of the masked executioner. I find myself surprised that his waiting hand also trembles, and I glance up into his dark brown eyes, which are the only visible parts of his face.

I didn’t know that Maggie Stiefvater has a new series in the works! Sounds really interesting! Thumped is a sequel I am really looking forward to!

I think I’d definitely play hooky with Clockwork Princess by Clare and Insurgent by Roth. I’m trying to wait oh so patiently, but its so hard!

I can’t wait for The Selection and The Immortal Rules – really hoping Julie Kagawa can do for vampires what she did for fairies in my opinion!

Oh my gosh, The Immortal Rules is definitely a hooky-worthy book!!! It’s amazing and awesome and too cool for words!
The Selection is a book I’m really excited to pick up too because I’ve talked to the author and she’s really sweet! And any novel written by Maggie Stiefvater is a definite YES!
